Lets take an example: You live in Hampshire, on the south coast of England. It’s obviously not easy for you to manage a property that you have in Leeds. So you would want to start a type B management contract with 2View Properties. Under this contract 2View Properties would find and assign tenants to your property as soon as possible, pending your consent. Furthermore, 2View Properties would handle all enquiries that the tenants may have regarding the day-to-day use of the property. The tenants would not have access to the landlord’s telephone numbers or address under a type B contract, therefore removing the stress that can be associated with nagging tenants.
A management contract also offers the tailored option for
2ViewPropertiesto manage furniture and maintenance issues. If a situation arose in the property in which an item of furniture had deteriorated to such a level that it needed replacing,
2ViewProperties would take on the role of assessing whether the furniture needed/or had to be changed and we would replace it using our own in-house furniture department, using quality furniture at low, low prices because we buy directly from the manufacturer and sell on such a large scale to landlords like yourself. If a maintenance problem occurred, we would assess and repair the problem using our in-house construction department, saving you time and money. And because our in-house departments carry out all this work it’s guaranteed to be of the highest quality build and workmanship.
